“Love Is A Beautiful Song” is the lead single taken from Patrick Feeney’s forthcoming album entitled “This Is Me”. After five studio albums to date and having completed a nationwide tour in 2008, the new year sees the Sligo native adopt a fresh influence in his musical sound and vocal performance. On “This Is Me” Patrick has collected 14 songs which he holds close to his heart. In Patrick’s own words, “some of the them are songs I sang growing up and others are special to me for different reasons, important reasons”.

Patrick’s musical style has evolved in recent times to reflect his own changing taste in music. While retaining his love of great Irish artists like Paul Brady and Christie Hennessy, Patrick has become a fan of international stars such as Josh Groban and Michael Buble. Included on the new album are all-time Irish classics “Danny Boy”, “Carrickfergus” and “Cavan Girl” with Patrick’s own impressive vocal interpretation accompanied by
producer James Blennerhassett’s faithful musical arrangement bringing the original beauty of these songs to the fore.
