John Doyle has just completed a seven-week tour with the legendary Joan Baez as her musical director/guitarist. The group will be embarking on a seven-week European tour with Birmingham as the first date on October 1st. John and Karan Casey have a new duo recording out early 2010 on Compass Records with Dirk Powell as producer.

John and Andy Irvine will be together in New York in Masters in Collaboration II at the Irish Arts Center, September 7th-13th. Together they will explore and collaborate on material from one another’s repertoire culminating in three concerts and a discussion moderated by Mick Moloney.
