HMV is delighted to welcome The High Kings to HMV Grafton St on St. Patrick’s Day at 11am. One of Ireland’s most exciting Irish ballad groups will be performing an acoustic set and will also sign copies of their new album Memory Lane.

The platinum-selling group with their mixture of classic ballads and modern folk continue to offer an impressive repertoire of traditional Irish music that has earned them a strong following across the globe. The talented musicians aim to place Irish  folk music into the hearts of the new generation of music lovers, the release of Memory Lane will no doubt go a long way towards achieving this.

The group has achieved widespread recognition with performances that highlight an individual sound and world class vocals which position them in a league of their own. With diverse and beautifully crafted melodies, The High Kings bring an element of freshness to the genre of Irish folk.

With a 25 date tour recently announced the popularity of The High Kings shows no sign of abating. The extensive tour will see the band performing at nationwide venues and will showcase their impressive versatility and skills as multi-instrumentalists.
