Shantalla has been described as ‘the best traditional Irish band on the Continent’ by the Irish Voice (USA) and ‘one of most exhilarating surprises in Celtic circles of recent years’ by The Living Tradition (UK). Comprised of 5 Irishmen and a Scottish woman, all of whom live in Belgium, Shantalla has released 3 CDs. Their powerful interpretations of traditional, contemporary and original Celtic music and song has brought them a worldwide fan base and seen them play some of Belgium’s biggest stages as well as numerous international festivals.

Perry Rose, son of a Belgian father and Irish mother, is one of Belgium’s leading singer/songwriters. He has recorded 9 CDs since first appearing on the scene in 1991. An engaging and charismatic performer he has never lost sight of his Irish roots, which is particularly evident on his albums “The Bright Ring of the Day”, “Celtic Circus” and “Hocus Pocus”.
