16th Return to Camden Town Festival (October 2014) and fundraising concert (July 2014)

There will be a fantastic double bill concert on Friday July 18th, 2014 to help raise funds for staging the 16th Return to Camden Town Festival. The Concert features: Le Chéile and The London Lasses and Chris O’Malley.  Doors open at 8pm at Cecil Sharp House, 2 Regent’s Park Road, London NW1 7AY. Tickets £10 (advance), £12 (on door), £5 (under 18s). Tickets available from www.returntocamden.org

The 16th Return to Camden Town Festival will be a five–day extravaganza of the finest in traditional Irish music, song and dance running from Wednesday 22nd until Sunday 26th October 2014 at various venues including: Kings Place, The Green Note, London Irish Centre, Musical Traditions Club and more.

Tickets for the following concerts will be available shortly via links on www.returntocamden.org – Wed 22 Oct @ The Green Note (Artisan Row), Fri 24 Oct @ Kings Place (Brock McGuire Band/ CrossHarbour), Sat 25 and Sun 26 Oct @ London Irish Centre (set dancing to Donal Murphy Band), Sun 26 Oct @ Kings Place (Macalla/ The London Lasses and Chris O’Malley). The London Irish Centre will be filled in every corner from morning through ‘til night over the weekend as it hosts an impressive programme of sessions, workshops, album launches, singing events and set dancing céilís. The line–up so far includes: Brock McGuire Band, Macalla, Donal Murphy Band, The London Lasses and Chris O’Malley, Maggie Boyle, CrossHarbour, Tony Ryan, Artisan Row. Album Launches: Tommy McCarthy and Louise Costello, Claire Egan, Conor Doherty, Mary McNamara, Kevin Madden and more TBC.
